Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 2jl platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the 2jl platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use these services.
2jl reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security Rules
When registering with 2jl, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited; such accounts may be terminated and any associated balance forfeited. Each individual may operate only one account — if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out on your account, whether performed by you directly or by someone else using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our customer support team immediately.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, 2jl may request a national ID or other supporting documents at any time. If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users of the 2jl platform are required to comply with applicable laws and must not disrupt the experience of other users. Fraudulent activity, the use of bots, running automated scripts, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available only upon meeting the specified conditions. Any attempt to abuse bonus benefits or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of those benefits. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements — please read them carefully before accepting.
Harassing other users, using offensive language, or engaging in any form of discriminatory behavior through the platform is strictly prohibited. 2jl is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Rules
All transactions on the 2jl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined in accordance with the guidelines displayed on the platform.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 2jl may request additional verification or place a temporary hold on the transaction. Accounts linked to money laundering or illegal transactions will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Cashback or bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Details on any charges or fees applicable to transactions can be found on the payments page.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
2jl strives to maintain the highest standards on its platform; however, 2jl's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical issues, network disruptions, or third-party service providers. 2jl is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decision to participate in gaming activities.
All content on the 2jl platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited by law. Legal action may be taken against anyone found to be in violation.
The 2jl platform may contain links to third-party services or content. 2jl is not responsible for the content or security of these external sites. When users visit third-party sites, the terms and conditions of those sites will apply.
Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
2jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — particularly if a user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to others. Users will generally be notified by email prior to account closure; however, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.
Users may also voluntarily request to close their account. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned through the standard process; however, bonus or promotional funds are non-refundable. If you wish to reactivate a closed account, please contact customer support.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes or disagreements will first be addressed through negotiation. 2jl is committed to dealing with its users in a transparent and fair manner, and all complaints are taken seriously.
